Chicago-Day 3

Today we went out Christmas shopping (ok, really it was shopping for us; we'll have PLENTY of time to buy for other people!). So in the middle of shopping, it started to snow. Baaaaad Ass.

How cool is that?! We're going from store to store in the SNOW. Can I just reiterate how awesomely awesome I think that is?

Then we went to the neighborhood mexican market and bought all kinds of stuff...at this market they had Mexican products AND Polish products. Interesting combination...

For dinner we had carnitas made by my cousin's husband who's from Guanajuato and is incredible in the kitchen. Now we're about to play Nickelodeon Trivial Pursuit with the kids (I'm not sure how much I really know about Jimmy Neutron, Rugrats, and the Fairly Oddparents, come to think of it). At least there's some bottles of wine to go with the game. And it's snowing outside so, really, what could be more fabulous?
